Instructed EEX 3241: Methods of Academic Skills for Exceptional Students at the University of Central Florida. The course focused on evidence-based teaching methods and strategies designed to enhance academic outcomes for students with exceptional needs.
2010-2021
My teaching experience spaned 11 years in public education, starting in 2010 through 2021, all of which were at Mainland High School in Daytona Beach, FL. Mainland High School is considered a Title 1 school with a population of roughly 2,000 students. The school consists of students from every socio-economic status as well as high-achieving to lower-achieving students and everything in between. The student population is exceptionally diverse, and it is a great place to experience life and learn simultaneously. '
